Stratula & Asociatii’s lawyers are sharing their legal knowledge in support of legal projects targeting aspects of analyzing certain legal sectors in Romania, such as the legislative system, with the aim of assisting and supporting reforms and initiatives that can contribute to a better legal environment in Romania.
Our civic and social responsibility work, oriented towards these goals, includes the constant contribution to the creation of the "Romania" legal section of the report launched annually by the World Bank and IFC, "Business Ready" (formerly "Doing Business"), project’s aim being to “publish an annual report (available at no cost) that assesses around 180 economies’ business environments for private sector development and growth, consistent with the twin goals of the World Bank – to eliminate extreme poverty and boost shared prosperity on a livable planet” - https://www.worldbank.org/en/businessready/engagements/global-contributors
